Yes, the Pros will move furniture free of charge. Although we can not move pool tables, electronics, pianos, beds, china cabinets, dressers with mirrors and similar items. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved. After the cleaning is completed, we will return it to its original place on protective padding as needed. It’s recommended you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps and knick-knacks.
No, all spots or stains cannot be guaranteed to be removed. Some substances are very stubborn and can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. Type/quality and age of the carpet also play a role in the stain removal process. Our team will attempt to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning, but they are not always able to make this determination before attempting to remove the spots.
Humidity, temperature and air flow to the area all impact the dry time. Your carpet should be completely dry within 8 – 24 hours. Utilizing fans and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help improve drying time. Your carpet can immediately be walked on after cleaning, but please avoid wearing street shoes. Wearing clean rubber soled shoes is highly recommended.
On average, it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.
